If you have lost jewelry or are trying to locate some other metal object in the ground (sprinkler heads, pipes,etc). you can have use of my Garrett Ace 250 metal detector. The lending rate is $20 for a 24 hr. period or if you want to hunt on consecutive days you may have it for up to 3 days for $50. It is lightweight, easy to use detector and I will show you how to use it like a pro. urge you to call me prior to making a loan request so we can discuss the item you are seeking, determining if the machine is the right way to go about it and pick up date time I can explain all you need to know in 10 or 15 minutes at my house when you come to pick it up. A loaned out detector requires a security deposit of $200. (a check is fine) which will be returned to you when you return the working detector. Some tips on using a MD to find lost items in your yard or wherever. Most lost items are on or near the surface usually obscured by grass or leaves. The detector will sound off when the coil passes over the metal item on the ground. You can also find metal items in the ground (depending on their size) up to a depth of 5 to 7 inches but you have to dig and find it! The detector is your eyes that see in the dark so to speak and underground, The metal detecting control panel is not waterproof so it may not be used while it is raining.
